The Home Inspection Process
Mike Frizziola will meet you at the property at the selected time. You and the inspector will inspect the property from top to bottom. Whether you are a first-time buyer or owner of many homes, Mike will provide you with a detailed report, pictures of his findings and tips for your new home maintenance.
Upon completion of your inspection, which takes approximately 1 to 3 hours, depending on the size of the home, you will receive your report via email within 24 – 48 hrs. Also, per your request, a report can be emailed to your Lawyer and Realtor as well.
